Blue Ocean Digital provides professional digital services including but not limited to website design and development, logo design, ecommerce solutions, mobile app development, video animation, illustration, SEO services, digital marketing, and creative copywriting. All services are subject to separate agreements.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives 100% ownership rights to all final delivered files. Blue Ocean Digital retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing.
Payment terms are established on a per-project basis. We reserve the right to pause or cancel work on projects where payment obligations are not met.
The number of revisions is specified in each package. Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges. Unlimited revisions are subject to reasonable use.
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as client delays in providing materials or feedback.
Our money back guarantee applies as stated in individual package descriptions and is subject to review. Refunds are not applicable where work has been approved and final files have been delivered.
Blue Ocean Digital agrees to keep all client business information, project details, and communications confidential.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and warrant that any materials provided do not infringe upon third-party rights.
